Celovisual pieces are produced after purchase, so returns work differently from standard stocked apparel. Review your size, color, shipping address, and product details carefully before checkout.
Because made-on-demand products are created for your order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact support with your order number and clear photos. Report damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items within 30 days after receiving the product. For packages that appear lost in transit, contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
