We work to keep product pages accurate, including product names, images, sizes, colors, fit notes, materials, prices, and production guidance. Product images may include mockups, studio photos, or lifestyle images, so minor differences in color, placement, scale, or display may occur.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Made-on-demand production
Most Celovisual products are produced after you place your order. Production can include printing, quality checks, packing, and carrier handoff through our contracted production and fulfillment network.
Fulfillment time is separate from shipping time. Production usually takes a few business days, but may take longer during new drops, holidays, high-volume periods, supplier delays, or quality-control reprints.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact support with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Returns, exchanges, and customer choice issues
Because Celovisual pieces are made after purchase, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, change of mind, or customer-entered address mistakes.

Wrong address, failed delivery, and unclaimed packages
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or an unclaimed package, additional reshipment costs may apply.
