1. Separate Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment locations.
As a result:

Separate tracking numbers may be provided for each shipment.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
All products are made to order.

Most orders are processed, printed, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment within:

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, severe weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or periods of high order volume.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, separate tracking numbers may be provided.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to the Philippines, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and many other countries worldwide.
Availability may vary depending on shipping carrier restrictions and fulfillment capabilities.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
5. Address Changes & Lost Packages
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
Once production or fulfillment begins, address changes may not be possible.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:
