Celovisual sells graphic streetwear, including T-shirts, oversized tees, sweatshirts, and hoodies. Product pages may include mockups, photos, fit notes, color names, size guides, material details, pricing, availability, and production notes.

Third-party services and fulfillment partners
Celovisual uses Shopify and selected third-party services for hosting, accounts, wishlist synchronization, forms, reviews, email, chat, currency display, analytics, advertising, security, and related storefront operation. These providers may have their own terms and privacy responsibilities. Their use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property, reviews, and submitted content
Celovisual artwork, branding, product content, images, layouts, and copy are owned by Celovisual or used with permission. You may share ordinary links for personal, lawful use but may not reproduce artwork or content for resale, competing print-on-demand products, or another commercial purpose without written approval.
When you submit a review or support message, you permit Celovisual and the configured service provider to store, moderate, and display it for that feature. Using a customer photo, name, or testimonial in paid advertising, unrelated campaigns, or prominent off-site marketing requires separate permission unless the submission flow clearly obtained that permission.

Prohibited uses
You agree not to misuse the store, customer account tools, checkout, reviews, forms, apps, or support channels. Celovisual may limit, suspend, cancel, or block activity that appears unsafe, fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or harmful to the store or other customers.

Celovisual works to keep the website and connected features available and accurate, but interruptions, technical errors, app outages, or display differences can occur. Celovisual may update these Website Terms when website features, providers, security needs, or legal requirements change. Updated terms apply prospectively from the posted effective date. They do not silently change the Terms of Sale governing an order already placed.
